Admissions and Scholarships

De La Salle Philippines thru Agrivet Sciences Institute extends its financial assistance thru scholarships to provide and help the less fortunate people who are bright and eager to continue their studies.

Admissions

Application Procedure

1. Inquire thru the Admissions Office, AGSI, Salikneta Farm or via electronic mail (florencia.claveria@dlsu.edu.ph) regarding the prerequisite(s) for taking the entrance exam.

2. If qualified, proceed to the Cashier’s Office for payment of the application fee (or to any DLS-AGSI accredited banks). Obtain/download the application form and other pertinent forms.

3. Submit the application form, including the application for scholarship (if interested) to the Admissions Office or thru electronic mail.

4. Proceed to the testing room or thru electronic correspondence to take the college eligibility admission test.

5. An interview shall be scheduled with the Director for those who qualify based on the entrance examination results.

6. The Director shall have the final decision on student admission and scholarship.

7. Names of students admitted, including those considered for scholarship, shall be announced only after all applications have been processed.

Enrollment Procedure and Requirements

NOTE:

Student accepted to the program submits all the required documents to the Admission Office. Students with incomplete requirements will be refused enrollment.


Bachelor of Science in Agriculture

  • High school report card (original and three photocopies)
  • Certificate of good moral character (original and three photocopies)
  • NSO copy of birth certificate (original and three photocopies)
  • Four 2x2 pictures.
  • Any document (ITR, DSWD certificate of indigence, among others) to show financial status of parents/guardians (original and three photocopies), if applying for a scholarship
  • Certificate from the Barangay (original and three photocopies)
  • Medical certificate including X-Ray obtained within the last six months.

NOTE:

A student who fails the standard health condition requirements (to be administered by the school physician) may be refused admission.

High School/Transferees

  • Report card (original and three photocopies)
  • Form 137 (To be requested by AGSI to the school where student graduated)
  • Certificate of good moral character (original and three photocopies)
  • NSO copy of birth certificate (original and three photocopies)
  • Four 2x2 pictures.
  • Any document (ITR, DSWD certificate of indigence, among others) to show financial status of parents/guardians (original and three photocopies), if applying for scholarship
  • Certificate from the Barangay (original and three photocopies)
  • Medical certificate including X-Ray obtained within the last six months.
